I’ve been trying to keep on top of updating this thing but the truth is I’ve been so busy recently I’ve just not had chance.

This weekend for example I headed down to London to meet up with a few friends and just hang out for a day or so. Saturday was hectic as I had to drive to Blackpool first thing in the morning to get fitted for a suit, then over to Leeds to pick Bec up, and then down to London.

All was fine until we hit traffic in the city centre and my car decided to overheat, which meant that me and Bec had to just sit and wait for the engine to cool and to top the radiator up. Seems there was a leak in one of the pipes which meant that I had to keep my eye on it for the rest of the weekend.

We eventually made it to Tasha and Anna’s place at around 7.30pm after spending some two hours sat in traffic, so we fuelled up on pizza and headed out with Heather (who had just flown in from Arizona that day) to get drunk and meet some more people. I forget where we ended up (some bar on Tottenham Court Road I think), but as the company was so much fun it didn’t really matter anyway.

Sunday we went out for a wander through London, heading through Hyde and Green Parks where I snapped a few photos, and then over to Leicester Square for lunch at Brown’s. Er, at least I think that’s the route we took, I’m shit when it comes to directions and stuff :P

All in all I had an ace time, just wish it had been longer than a day. Cheers to Tasha and Anna for putting me up (putting up with me?), and to Bec for her navigation skills :)
