Man - that was a great read. When I was 16 back in 1992, I convinced my parents to let me fly out to LA for spring break with another BMX buddy of mine. We were supposed to stay with Moeller, but he was in the hospital for knee surgery when we got there and suggested we stay at the POW house for the first night. On one hand I was stoked to hang out with the residents (who at the time included Clymer, Lawan, Todd Lyons and some others), but on the other hand I had never set foot in such a gnarly place. All the ramps and jumps in the back were thrashed, but they took us out to some cool backyard tracks within riding distance. Everyone went to a big party that night, but we stayed behind with the dogs and a couple of 40 ozs that Lawan bought us so we could catch an early ride to Moeller's the next day. One of my friends went to the party with them and woke up in the back of a pick-up 100 miles away in Barstow.

Word up Skeets! Yeah, Chris Moeller's articles have always been an excellent read. They used to be my favorite bit of 'Go' mag back in the day. As for where it's from, I honestly can't remember. It's been on my disk for a good three or four years though.

That is the funniest shit i have ever read and i love to read. It reminds me of all the days we spent ridiing in nor cal minus the speed, but the ramp building, the shit talking and the riding its all the same. Chris is one hell of a writer. I wonder where he found the time to write all that stuff down. Who knows. where did you get your hands on it Nick?
